- Branding

is the exclusive property of Denisoff Consulting Group and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell materials
- Share login credentials
- Record or redistribute course content
- Create derivative works without written permission
Access is granted for personal, non-transferable use only.
6. No Guarantee of Results
The Career Accelerator™ provides educational guidance and strategic insights.
We do not guarantee:
- Promotion
- Salary increase
- Career advancement
- Specific outcomes
Promotion decisions depend on multiple external factors including organizational structure, company policies, economic conditions, and managerial discretion.
Your results depend on your implementation and external circumstances.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share access with others
- Engage in disruptive behavior on the Platform
- Attempt to hack or interfere with system security
- Upload malicious content
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Denisoff Consulting Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for access to the Program.
